The Scopes Trial Centennial, hosted by the Center for Inquiry and the Freedom From Religion Foundation, commemorates the 100th anniversary of the historic Scopes “Monkey Trial,” a landmark case in 1925 that challenged the teaching of evolution in American schools.

The conference will feature renowned speakers from the fields of evolutionary biology and history, a performance of the audio play (insert title), and an optional bus tour to Dayton, Tennessee, where attendees can visit the iconic courthouse that became the epicenter of this pivotal legal and cultural battle. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the trial’s lasting impact on science, education, and public discourse.
