FFRF Co-Presidents Dan Barker and Annie Laurie Gaylor provide an enjoyable cultural lesson on FFRF’s “Freethought Matters” TV show about how Christians stole Christmas. And they explain the pagan origins of the seasonal celebrations. You get a tour of various displays that FFRF puts up in public spaces all over the country to counter religious exhibits — along with an explanation of the accompanying legal battles. The show concludes with Dan performing his song “Solstice Tribute.”
You can already catch the show on FFRF’s YouTube channel. Next week, look for an end-of-year treat: a warm and energizing concert by Godless Gospel, produced by FFRF and Dan Barker and directed by Andre Forbes, featuring an amazing line-up of singers and freethought songs.
