After a Florida resident alerted FFRF about this sign along State Road 78 (and a similar one by another road), the Foundation inquired and received a letter from John Garner of the state DOT. He confirmed the signs were illegally placed in the right of way. The signs were marked and the unknown owner was given 10 days to remove them before the state does.
