Sometimes we might forget that protections for religious freedom include protection of non-religion. The First Amendment protects your right to hold and express your own beliefs, or lack thereof, as well as the right to not be pressured or coerced into participating in religious activities. Additionally, you have the right to be free from discrimination based on your secular identity. In this webinar, Liz Cavell, from Freedom From Religion Foundation, will lay out your rights as a secular student and what to do when your school or community don’t respect them.
