Scott managed IT and database for the second largest social service agency in Dane County, where he worked for 10 years before joining FFRF in 2022. He has a BA cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Journalism, Minneapolis, and a Specialization, Analytics Techniques for Business, Duke University. He calls himself “an atheist (of the Buddhist variety).”
