Hotel Reservations for the FFRF 2025 Annual Convention
FFRF has arranged a discounted room block at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort (the convention site) for $165/night plus tax.
Update (Sept. 9, 2025): The Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is sold out for Friday, Oct. 17.
To accommodate attendees, FFRF has offers an overflow block at the Hilton Royal Palms, also located on the convention property. The Royal Palms is less than a one-minute walk from the main ballroom where the program will be held.
When booking, please specify whether you would like to stay at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort or the Hilton Royal Palms. Otherwise, the booking process is the same for both hotels, see below:

- Deadline to book: On or before Monday, Sept. 22, 2025
- Accessible rooms: Request ADA accommodations when reserving

Hilton Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 7 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
- Cancel within 7 days of arrival: First night’s deposit is retained; remaining balance refunded
