Matt Kenyon

Headshot of Matt Kenyon, in the administrative department at FFRF

Having lived in Madison, WI most of his childhood, Matt found his way back as a young adult and couldn’t be happier to be raising his own family here. Matt, in addition to being an atheist for the last 20 years, has a wide variety of experience that he brings to FFRF, including serving in the US Marine Corps, a 20+ year career in IT, and owning his own wedding officiating business. As FFRF’s Director of First Impressions, he is the first point of contact for most interactions, whether it be over the phone, in person, or by email. Matt also serves as Facilities Manager for Freethought Hall and the Speaker Liasan at our annual convention. During his free time Matt enjoys spending time with his son and husband, building legos, reading about psychology, and running. Matt has a passion for helping people, especially teens and young adults who were the victim of childhood abuse and neglect. Having been an atheist in a foxhole, his favorite place at FFRF is the Rose Zerwick Memorial Garden and Courtyard with the Atheists in Foxholes monument. Semper Fi!
