Daryl Cobranchi, of West Virginia, received FFRF’s “Freethinker of the Year” Award (along with Eric Engle, who could not attend in person), as successful plaintiffs in FFRF’s federal court challenge of recitation of the “Lord’s Prayer” to open meetings of the Parkersburg City Council.
