Will your senator will be decisive in SCOTUS vote?

Your senator may play a decisive role in the vote on a nominee to fill the Supreme Court vacancy. We believe with sustained pressure, the senators listed below can be swayed to delay the confirmation until after the inauguration. If you are a constituent of theirs, please click on their name to be connected to their offices.

The loss of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg from the Supreme Court puts everything we are working for at risk. Our right to a secular government. Environmental justice. Abortion rights. LGBTQ equality. Everything is on the line ā€” and we cannot let up pressure now.

Many senators have already pledged to vote for a nominee before one has even been named ā€” a complete abdication of their duty to vet the nominee before the person is appointed to a lifetime seat on our nationā€™s highest court. These senators need to hear from their constituents that this flagrant disregard for their responsibility to the American people will not go unanswered.
