Dan Barker will talk at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls on Thursday, November 4, at 7:00 pm in the Fine Arts Recital Hall (315 Falls Ave.). The talk will be followed by a concert of jazz standards written by freethinking songwriters (such as Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, George & Ira Gershwin, and Yip Harburg) with Dan at piano joined by student and faculty musicians.
