Deeply Disturbing
"Not only is this sign one of the most disturbing I've seen, but it is right across the street from a brand new elementary school here in Lakewood, Ohio! Family values, right?"--Sharon Woznicki, Ohio. (Photo by Tony Rycbacki.)

Marquee Sanity
"This is the marquee at the school in our neighborhood here in Allentown, Penn. So, maybe there's still hope," writes Foundation member Rod Bradford. Ingersoll, of course, was the 19th-century's most famous unbeliever, an attorney and noted orator.
The refrain comes from an Ingersoll poem, which has been turned into a song by Dan Barker, Foundation co-president and "staff musician." To hear the tune, which includes an adorable children's back-up chorus, check out the Foundation's double CD, "Friendly Neighborhood Atheist." (More information online at: http://ffrf.org/shop/music/; $20 ppd, FFRF, Inc, Attn: Sales, PO Box 750, Madison WI 53701.)
The Foundation has also reprinted the affectionate biography, American Infidel: Robert G. Ingersoll by Prof. Orvin Larson, $20 ppd.
"No Thinking Allowed!"
Billboard location: Riggins, Idaho. Submitted by E. Petring, Calif.
Sacrilege?
"They seem to be putting words in a god's mouth again. Isn't that sacrilege?"-- John Daoust, Wis.
Exclusionary
"Jesus is a PIN?"--Mr. & Mrs. Craig Cooley, Texas. This was spotted in Lubbock.
No Wonder So Many Sour Notes
