January 18, 2009

Minnesota Atheists will present Dan Barker, co-founder of the Freedom From Religion Foundation and author of, "Losing Faith in Faith," at the Roseville Public Library at 2 PM, January 18th. (Hamline Ave. and County Road B, Roseville, MN) He has written a new book which updates his previous 16 year old book, Godless: How An Evangelical Preacher Became One of America's Leading Atheists, and will be signing copies after his presentation. The event is free and open to the public.

January 29, Minneapolis, Minnesota

DEBATE! Dan Barker and Dinesh D'Souza will debate "Can we be good without God?" at the University of Minnesota on Thursday, January 29. Sponsored by CASH (Campus Atheists, Skeptics and Humanists) and Campus Crusade for Christ, and the Mars Hill Forum, this promises to be a HUGE event! Details to follow...

February 2 - 6, Washington DC area

Dan Barker will visit campuses in DC and Northern Virgina, in cooperation with the Secular Student Alliance. Tentative itinerary:
